Jeremiah 1:4-5 The words of the Lord came to me saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart! But L replied,” I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.”
But the Lord said to me, “Do not say I am only a child; you must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I ask of you. Do not be afraid of them for I am with you and will rescue you. Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth.
Through a ruthless enemy and the distorted views of others, we can lose sight of our worthiness. Before Creation we were thought of and wants the best for us. Even those of us who have been born from a prostitute and abandoned, had an abusive neglectful father, or those abducted or trafficked, all have been chosen. We have all been fearfully and wonderfully made and all have been set apart. Do not let your beginnings define you any longer.
Jesus came to set an example for us and to also make clear what the Father’s intent is, for all of us, to know love and to be loving. There is no hierarchy, or only a few chosen or preferred. We all have One Creator that exhibits great care in our lives. We only have to look at the animals and flowers to appreciate how unique and intricate we are and the thought that went into us. We have always been precious children of God and have a predestined purpose to fulfill. Disregard the lies and turn boldly into the face of God for direction.
